Exterior Alteration Application

ALL Applications must include construction drawings of the desired change and a plat of the lot showing the location of all changes you are requesting, as well as a list of materials to be used.

An Exterior Alteration Application is required for all decks, fences, storm doors, and outdoor storage containers and any requests for changes to the exterior of the lot or unit.

DECKS - A copy of the approved Harford County permit must be provided prior to construction.

An Exterior Alteration Application must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to initiating any improvements.

FENCES

• Rear yard fences only
• four (4) to six (6) foot board-on-board wood, vinyl, picket or aluminum. Also marketed as alternating board or vertical board style.
• Gates must open inward. Style end location of gate must be indicted on application.
• All aspects of fencing including the design, type, height, and color shall be subject to the approval of the Architectural Review Committee

To ensure community integrity and appeal, it is neccesary for everyone to cooperate in completing this application for any exterior changes that one may with to do, pursuant to your association''s documents.

This application does not exempt you from obtaining, where necessary, any Harford County permits and from contacting Miss Utility, if relevant to the change desired.
