Architecture Review - The Architectural Review Committee oversees lot improvements and review standards by which the architectural integrity of the Deer Manor community can be maintained.

Social Committee - A Social Committee for developing community wide activities.

Landscape Committee - The Landscape Committee oversees maintenance and improvements to the common areas. Responsibilities include supervision of the landscape contractor, recommending annual landscape budgets, evaluating bids for landscaping services, and making recommendations for landscaping projects in the community.
